1. Whistleblower area
In order to maintain the company's reputation, ensure the safety of property, and prevent corruption, theft, misappropriation, and personal gain , fraud or other unethical and dishonest behavior that damages the rights and interests of shareholders, employees and partners, the company has established reporting channels and procedures to optimize corporate governance and ensure the legitimate rights and interests of whistleblowers and related parties.

2. Integrity management policy
(1) The company has formulated the "Code of Integrity Management", "Integrity Operation Procedures and Behavior Guidelines", "Ethical Code of Conduct", and "Management to Prevent Insider Trading" and passed the resolution of the board of directors, clearly stating the policies and practices of honest operation , and the commitment of the board of directors and senior management to implement operating policies.
(2) The "Code of Integrity Business Operations" formulated by the company has detailed regulations prohibiting the company's directors, managers, employees or persons with substantial control capabilities from engaging in any activities that fall under Article 7 of the "Code of Integrity Business Operations for Listed Overseas Companies". Each item in Paragraph 2 or other business activities within the business scope that have a higher risk of dishonest conduct.

3. Implement honest business operations
(1) Before the company establishes a business relationship with others, it will first evaluate its legality, integrity management policy, and whether it has any record of dishonest behavior, fully understand the other party's integrity management status, and include compliance with integrity management into the terms of the contract. (2) The company has established an effective accounting system and internal control system to ensure the implementation of honest operations. It has designed relevant internal control systems for operating procedures with higher risks of dishonest conduct, and has also formulated an annual audit plan to carry out various tasks.
